DSOBA TENNIS TOURNAMENT AND LUNCHEON
September 6-7 and 13-14, 2014
Dear DSOBA Members,
This year’s tennis tournament is finally here.
In order to make the event more enjoyable, to accommodate more players of different levels, we have decided to depart from our previous format:
- The Tournament will be held in September in hope for more amenable weather conditions
- Taking advantage of the newly resurfaced flood-lit courts, all matches this year will be played at DBS
- Instead of the Cup and Plate events, we would like to introduce an open category and a “B or below” player category. We will decide on the final category/ format choices depending on the number and mix of participants. We hope this will encourage more players from different levels to participate
- A lunch will be offered on September 6 for players, families or anyone at all who just want to enjoy the day with us
