* Additional delivery charge of HK$100 for 1 item
* Additional delivery charge of HK$150 for 2 items
* Additional delivery charge of HK$200 for 3 items or more (flat charge)
or Pick Up at DSOBA office during working hours
Shipping terms
- Local Hong Kong Delivery ONLY
- Delivery date: For existing product, the delivery usually take two weeks. For pre-sale product, the delivery date would be announced separately.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon submitting your order. In case you do not receive any email after submitting the form, please contact email our customer service to check the order status.
- No return nor refund
- Any purchase over HKD$2000 (net purchase amount) or above can enjoy one free delivery service within Hong Kong. For purchases below HKD$2000, general shipping fee would be adopted.
- Please note that we will use 3rd party courier company to handle the delivery to door.
Special Arrangements Affected by Inclement Weather
- When the typhoon signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect or Dashijie judges that the delivery is under unsafe weather, the delivery service will be postponed. Dashijie will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
