Dear Members,
DSOBA is pleased to bring you an update from Mr. Fung Yee Wang (55) on the progress of the much anticipated School History Book as follows:
1) The HKU Press has accepted the manuscript and is now doing the layout. The book has about 110,000 words (not including the Preface and Appendices), a dozen tables and graphs and 115 photos. The school has set up a committee to monitor its progress.
2) The book’s publicity and pre-ordering work will begin in July. DSOBA fully supports this work, further notice and update will be sent to you then, please watch out for it.
3) The title of the Book and its Table of Contents is as follows:

With the introduction of IB cirriculum to DBS, a new phase of buildings with facilities to fulfill the curriculum's requirements would be introduced. The design stage has been commenced and the anticipated completion would be in 2010.
