“DINNER EXTRAVAGANZA”

This year marks the 95th Anniversary of the Diocesan School Old Boys’ Association “DSOBA”.  In celebration of its anniversary, the DSOBA Annual Dinner will be held at the Convention Hall, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wanchai on December 10, 2016 (Saturday).  The evening will commence with a cocktail reception at 6.30 pm, followed by dinner and entertainment from 7.30 pm onwards until late.

On behalf of the DSOBA, we would like to cordially invite you, together with your spouse and friends, to join us at this special event.  If you are ready to party, to have fun, and to reunite with fellow old boys and friends, this is the day you don’t want to miss!  Tickets are of limited availability, so get yours now before time runs out.  Kindly reserve your seat(s)/table(s) early by completing the attached Annual Dinner 2016 Reservation Form, and returning it to us ASAP.

In order to make this major event a successful one, we also seek your kind support through making cash sponsorships, contributing table prizes or door gifts, and/or placing an advertisement in our Annual Dinner Programme Booklet.  Should you wish to contribute, kindly complete and return the attached Sponsorship Reply Form and/or Advertisement Reply Form to us by 20th October 2016.

Oktoberfest 2016

Dear fellow members,

It’s October and nothing beats to have a real German beer with good old buddies… Oktoberfest 2016 is around the corner so let’s eat, drink and be merry!

DSOBA has reserved a table at the Marco Polo Hotel German Bierfest, the most traditional and authentic outdoor Bierfest in Hong Kong. Call Evonika or Karen to secure your tickets NOW as they move really fast.

Swimming Pool Close 2016

Please be informed that the last day of use for DSOBA Sports Club members and their guests of the outdoor swimming pool at DBS will be on October 30, 2016.

Games Day 2016

The DSOBA Games Day this year will be held on October 16th.  Our venue has shifted from the school field to the basketball courts, the tennis courts and the indoor gym.  The format will be slightly different from previous years as we will have game booths as a new addition to the Games Day activities.  There still will be obstacle races and other racing competitions for the children along with their parents.

A sumptuous lunch consisting of all sorts of BBQ items and a delicious buffet will be served for your enjoyment.  Please join us with your family and experience this new exciting Games Day format.
